Inactive provides a full range of tools to Show or Hide entries marked Inactive. These include Accounts, Customers, Employees, Items, and so on. For Items and components of built items, Inactive can block sales, making it safer to duplicate orders or convert quotes. Inactive settings let you set who sees and who can change inactives so you can control and change as needed.
Qty Pricing lets you enter price breaks for items based on Qty. Turn this feature on in Item Prefs and the Qty Pricing tab appears where you enter, or import, Qty and Prices (for five price levels). Qty Group extends the feature to count like items toward the Qty total by putting them in a group.
