iOS Updates
Big Business 14 includes changes to work with a new database for Biz App 14 on iOS.
Starting with Biz App 8, there have been several custom solutions for iPhone and iPad. These are updated to work on new versions of Apple's database on an as needed basis.
Each Biz App solution is self-contained and may run with new versions without issue. Changes may include access to new fields and data which does need updating to utilize.
Convert Orders
Convert Orders is a new import mapping to automatically convert Orders to Invoices.
The import needs the Order Number to convert and has options to set Invoice Date, replace the Ship Method, and to Add Printed Comments or Add Private Comments. Options indicated by Dash are not required. Skip Invoice Date to use today's date.

Shipped Orders
Shipped is a new Status for tracking Orders that are shipped and waiting for invoicing.
Filled is the status for orders that have been invoiced and are complete. Partial is the status of orders which have been partially invoiced and still have Qtys Open for items.
Big Business 14 updates dialogs to follow this workflow using Status names, which are On Hold or Placed, Released and Shipped, and Partial or Filled if invoiced, and Closed.
Convert Orders Errors
Big Business 14 adds Convert Orders Import, which checks the order before invoicing. If one of the following errors is reported, the Order was skipped and others completed.
Order # __ was not found and could not be invoiced.
Order # __ was locked and could not be invoiced.
Order # __ is Closed and could not be invoiced.
Order # __ is Filled and could not be invoiced.
Order # __ is Filled and could not be invoiced.
Errors are reported in Text or a Note to allow processing to completion without delay.
Chapter 619 Convert Orders
Convert Orders is a new import mapping to automatically convert Orders to Invoices.
This chapter covers different ways to automate processing by tying into Auto-Import.
