Alt Codes Margins
Alt Codes includes an Update option for Customer Margin %, that then changes price.
Any time you change Margin, Price is automatically recalculated. Depending on the rounding settings in Number Formats, the new price is then used to update the Margin.
When the Cost of an item is updated, such as during purchasing, the Last Cost Update is set to the date of the change, while prices including Alt Code Customer Price are not.
Customer Pricing
Customer Pricing uses the Price for the selected Customer assigned in Customer Prices.
When entering Quotes, Orders, and Invoices, there are several options for special price. Pricing can be set by Price Level, Qty Pricing, As Quoted, or other options you chose.
Enable Customer Pricing in Company card, Advanced Options, to override Price Level.
Add Customer Price in the Customer Prices window, Alt Codes, and Alt Code Import.
Bank Card
Big Business 14 updates the Bank Card for new systems requirements and to simplify.
Bank Card keeps account records for Cash, Checking, Credit Card, Loan, and Savings. Bank History is updated to display Withdrawals and Deposits for all account types.
