Use the Accounts tool to find and manage accounts.
Most Accounts have a time sensitive Balance that you would review on a financial report such as the Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss Statement to show accurate results.
MacOS Tahoe beta was released June 9, 2025 and seems to work with BigBusiness 15.
Tahoe is the last version of macOS to work on Intel Macs, using chips like the i5 or i7. BigBusiness 15 is native for Apple Silicon, their new chips such as M1, M2, M3, M4.
Earlier versions of Big Business are no longer updated and are not supported on Tahoe.
Testing macOS Tahoe on an M2 MacBook Air resulted in an odd Date & Time setting.

If you are presented with a Connection Error start with a restart by clicking Quit, using Force Quit, or choosing to Restart your computer to give it a fresh start.

MacOS Tahoe updates the BigBusiness icon when you choose Tinted in Appearance.
However, this change can also make the Applications folder blank, it seems. To install simply drag BigBusiness (left) to Applications (right). If Updating, just say Replace.
MacOS Tahoe works with BigBusiness 15 and BigBusiness 16 but not earlier versions.
Force Quit works the same on MacOS Tahoe and may be needed if your BigBusiness Client is left connected but your BigBusiness Server is restarted or turned off.
If you wait, your disconnected Client will eventually give an error and button to Quit.
You may use Force Quit anytime. Your BigBusiness Client works in transactions, saving completed enties and ignoring any partially completed entries for consistency.

BigCommerce Auto-Create lets you set Update Products on Auto-Create to create new Products in BigCommerce when you use the Upload option in Items Search.
Link-Only assumes your catalog is perfect and you just need to link Items to update. BigBusiness can set pricing and inventory on BigCommerce the minute it changes.
Auto-Create assumes you want to create new Products in BigCommerce for Items, too. Click Upload on Items and existing will be linked and new be added as possible.
WooCommerce ID can be added as a Column on your Items Search to show you Links.
WooCommerce ID helps identify the Products on your WooCommerce that are linked. Set Update Pricing and when the Item Price changes, the WooCommerce price changes.
You can Find, Sort, and Filter--enter a Hash mark for Not Equal To blank--to see IDs. If there is an ID, that is the Product that will get automatic updates for price or count.
