BigBusiness 16 adds ways to connect your data. Services are operations that connect to online tools, automate lookups, perform backups, send messages. If you sell nationwide, you may need sales tax lookups. If you sell online, you might need customers, orders, and/or inventory updated in real time. Not a problem. Whatever you are doing repetitiously, somewhat tediously, oft erroneously, can be tasked to a Service.

AI will show up in many places—in your computer, your apps, and services you rely on. It will be important to set expectations to spot hallucinations.
