Copy Comments
Copy Comments is a cost option to read freight costs from Comments from shipping.
Copy Comments is deeply customized to copy text including Negotiated Rates and/or text from shipping systems for Act Chg and No Ctns to set Freight Cost for an order.
Response is updated to record Set for whole shipments or Put then Add for packages.
Freight Carrier
Freight Carrier updates the Ship Method on Orders on receiving shipping information.
Freight Carrier can be turned on in Company card, Advanced Controls tab and requires a restart of BigBusiness Server to start working.
Freight Carrier works within a customization for Cost Comments to set Freight Cost by copying the comments posted by your shipping system with cost and carton data.
Registration
Registration is the step where you enter a code into BigBusiness to enable its features.
You may run BigBusiness for a limited time in Trial Mode or with ended Subscription. Registration sets your Data File to run with your setup for some duration and version.
Registration may enable Services or Add-Ons or they may have separate registration. You will be sent emails, to your primary address, with Registration and instructions.

ShippingEasy Free Trial
ShippingEasy Free Trial lets you connect to your free 30-day trial of ShippingEasy.
Follow these steps in your BigBusiness to Register, clicking Free Trial, and connecting. This lets you import your Orders from Amazon, Ebay or others you ship.
ShippingEasy Demo File
ShippingEasy Free Trial can be performed with any Data Files including a Demo File.
Big Business installs a Demo File, the jellybean company, so if you don't have or don't want to try with a real Data File you can use a Demo File for ShippingEasy Free Trial.
You just need to put in the Item Codes you will be selling on Amazon, Ebay, etc and shipping with ShippingEasy. This can be done easily with an Item Import.
Images Creation
Images Creation lets you set options for creating Printing Images and Thumb Images.
Big Business can automatically create images for printing, reducing from a full picture to a size appropriate to a Quote, Order, or Invoice fitting a few items and their images.
Images Controls gives you options for converting Upload Pictures added in the past, and to set quality for pictures dragged and dropped into Thumb Image on Item card.
Pictures Prefs
Pictures Prefs let you Show an image on items and choose Fast for instant display.
Shown is the Compact view of an Item card with the new Thumb Image in the center, and Detail Description moved right using the settings for Show Images or Fast Images.
Pictures Prefs are available in My Prefs for yourself and Company Prefs for everyone. Use Employees Search options to Add(+) or Update to set each employee as needed.
Convert Pictures
Upload on the Item card lets you add high-quality pictures for upload to a web catalog.
Convert Pictures helps use these as images in Big Business by converting and re-sizing.
Chapter 32 Pictures
Pictures are updated to work with Upload, Image, and Docs tools to keep all pictures. BigBusiness stores originals, creates thumbnail images, and keeps them in edge storage.
Pictures Prefs let you Show images for items and choose Fast for instantly displaying.
