Chapter 16 Printing
Big Business has many options for Printing. This chapter will provide a quick overview so you can choose next steps such as:

A/R Custom Fields
A/R Custom Fields lets you select 1, or 2, or 3 Customer Fields to insert in A/R Aging.
Click this checkbox in Reports Prefs. Then, run one of the 4 reports titled, A/R Aging. After Customer Search and As Of Date, choose a Field and OK or click Cancel to skip.
This will insert the fields you select into the Customer information displayed for each.
Chapter 622 Customer Type Labels
Customer Type Labels is a customization that adds three Labels to Customer Types. This option is only available in Built Edition. It replaced Customer Type Groups.
The Labels are named Category, Subcategory, and Group, and are simple text entries. Invoices Export then includes Customer Type and the three labels for use in reporting.
Customer Types are also text entries and any Edit may require re-assigning Customers. They may be searched as Customer Type Name using Contains or other text searches.
A/P Custom Fields

A/R Cutoff Date
Cutoff is an optimization for remote reporting and dashboard display for power users.
You do not need this setting for fast reports. You need this setting with 30+ users and the data they generate being better when presorted. Do not use with reckless abandon.
