Locked Period
Locked Periods lock existing, dated transactions, not allowing any changes or additions.
Locked Periods prevent the addition of new transactions any time in the locked period.
Clicking on the Lock icon on a dated transaction may say, Locked by Locked Period.
Your bookkeeper or system administrator chose to Lock past periods to protect data.
Locking options include for invoices only, excepting select users, back to a select date. Contact support@bigbusiness.com for help administering these features and options.
Per-Company Build
Per-Company Build is a new option when you have multiple companies you manage.
BigBusiness Support can help you set up to run multiple companies as the same time.
Depending on your platform this might be multiple Servers running automatically, multiple Clients running concurrently on your computer, or multiple Single-Users.
Company Checkboxes
Company Checkboxes found on the Company card, Advanced tabs, have gone rogue. Please ignore the bar or letter and click a Checkbox, or [i] Info Button without worry.
Here each box should have a Label, [i] Info Button, Checkbox, and sometimes a Field. Instead Checkboxes have decided to show the first letter of their Title or maybe a bar.
They still work perfectly but are just now getting cleaned up so there is no confusion. When this is done the Checkbox will show in a blank box and as needed with a field.
Chapter 172 BigCommerce Admin
BigCommerce Connect can be set to run automatically and get Customers and Orders. Additionally, it can be set to update Inventory and Pricing on your BigCommerce site.
This chapter provides help for finding new Customers and Orders and fulfilling them. And, it explains connecting new Products so they update their Inventory and Pricing.
This assumes you have a working store in BigCommerce and can update it as needed.
