Default POS Customer lets you choose a customer for unidentified ShopifyPOS sales.
ShopifyPOS lets you choose Shopify customers or add information like email address. BigBusiness can match them to Customers in BigBusiness using their email addresses.
If a customer is not identified you may want a special Customer in BigBusiness to be used. Note this is not the Default Customer for Shopify but special for ShopifyPOS.
Import POS Orders lets you choose Automatic or your own import mapping for sales.
ShopifyPOS lets you makes sales in person using iPhone, iPad, etc.. In doing so, you may or may not identify customers or you may want to use a Default POS Customer.
Start with Automatic to get things working. Then, if needed, create you own Mapping by going to Connect toolbar, ShopifyPOS tool, and Save with a name you choose here.
Is Redacted is an important Filter field, telling that Amazon erased names from orders.
Amazon updates orders after 30 days, changing names and addresses to REDACTED.
BigBusiness reads the Is Redacted flag field to know to ignore this "update" to orders.
Shipment Type is an important field telling us when, for example, a return label is sent.
In addition to creating a Return copy of an Order, ShippingEasy will let you simply print a "return" label to send for a return request. BigBusiness will ignore this action.

Filter fields in ShippingEasy are Is Redacted, Is Duplicate, Is Return, Shipment Type.
By reading these fields, BigBusiness is able to ignore "updates" that are not applicable.
Filter fields are mapped automatically and if you want to change them use Clear Row.
