Send Mail
Send Mail helps automate emailing and sending notifications to users by sending email. Send Mail is an add-on that sends email directly from BigBusiness, not via email client.
For security and control, BigBusiness automates emailing using standard email clients. Printing an invoice you may choose to email a PDF and this will use your email app.
Send Mail adds options such as having BigBusiness email you a system notification.
Windows 11 2024 Update
Windows 11 2024 Update is expected in Fall of 2024 and available on some Copilot+ computers now.
BigBusiness 15 is available and will be certified after Windows 11 24H2 is released.
Earlier versions of Big Business, certified for earlier systems, may be incompatible.
Windows Updates
Windows 11 2024 Update is available with many changes for Microsoft Copilot. It is recommended that you wait until you are able to upgrade to BigBusiness 15 to update.
Updates to Windows 11 23H2 and Windows 10 22H2 are available for security and recommended for Big Business 14. Updating is not recommended for earlier versions.
The final version of Windows 10 is version 22H2, which will reach end of servicing on October 14, 2025.
Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is the subscription offering of Office productivity apps like Excel, etc.
Company Upgrade
Company Upgrade lets you add new options to your system, while avoiding conflicts.
Many options are single solutions to complex problems and needed only one at a time. If you need several, they will updated and tested together to ensure seamless function.
Once you have decided on an option, you will receive an email with instructions for registering and setup, which you can skip and walk through on the phone when ready.
