WooCommerce Connect matches Customer by email address, by Customer or Contact.
Customers with Additional Contacts in BigBusiness can be matched by Contact Email. This solves a basic B2B problem, that your Customer may have two or more buyers.
Each buyer can be a Customer in WooCommerce and a Contact in BigBusiness. When they buy, these buyers' Orders will be assigned their shared Customer in BigBusiness.
