Ventura Screen-Recording
macOS Ventura moves System Preferences around, to have a more iOS look and feel.
To allow Big Business Support to connect to your computer you must turn on QuickSupport and you must enable QuickSupport to see your screen (and click).
In the Apple menu, in System Preferences, in Privacy & Security, click the option for Screen Recording and turn On for TeamViewer QuickSupport.
