Ventura QuickSupport


Big Business 14 includes QuickSupport which you open from About Big Business found in the Big Business Client menu on the Mac or the Help menu in Windows.

Using QuickSupport on macOS Ventura will first ask you to Review System Access. Before Big Business Support can see and click, you need to turn on what Apple calls:
• Screen Recording - shares what's on your screen so Support can see
• Accessibility - shares your mouse so Support can click
• Full Disk Access - shares files (optional)

QuickSupport still only works when you turn it on and provide the ID and password. Do this only as needed with Big Business Support and as allowed by your company. TeamViewer has commercial products you can license for you own use. Big Business licenses their QuickSupport product only to provide live technical support as needed.
