Google Admin Gmail IMAP Link Protection

We had a problem with Gmail users receiving blank emails from support@bigbusiness.com. The problem only occurred for emails including a link and being viewed in Apple Mail and coming from our Exchange server using Outlook.

We did some testing and concluded that Gmail IMAP Link Protection is part of the problem.

This Solution describes the problem for reference. (7327)

The problem only occurs:
- when your email service is hosted by Gmail and this setting is On
- when you view your email in an IMAP email client like Apple Mail
- the incoming email includes a link that Gmail decides you need protecting from

If you get a blank email from support@bigbusiness.com and you use Gmail, log into Gmail in a browser. This does not use IMAP, so the email should appear normally.
