Big Business validates a connecting iPad's Device ID for security. If you replace the iPad, click Delete to remove the old and allow the new to connect.
iOS 7 changes security settings and the Device ID. If you update an iPad to iOS7, click Delete to remove its old ID and allow it to connect with its new ID.
This Solution describes resetting the Device ID on the Mobile App tab of an Employee Card. (6307)
Big Business uses the Device ID of an iPad to authenticate and manage its data and access. If you replace the iPad, Delete the old Device ID to connect the new one, as follows.
1. Go to the Employee Card
2. Go to the Mobile App tab
3. Click the Delete button for Device ID
4. Click OK to Save the Employee Card
The Employee Card must be closed when connecting the iPad.
