Picture Prefs let you choose to Show Images to see the Thumb Image on the Item card.
If you have Pictures added already in Upload, BigBusiness will create a Thumb Image.
Drag Photos from Apple Photos into the Thumb Image in an Item card in BigBusiness.

For clarity, Pictures usually refers to the originals and Images are sized and formatted.
PICT was an Apple Macintosh picture format that did not survive due to complexity.
The Database used for BigBusiness recognizes a huge number or picture formats, so you can drag in JPEG or PNG or TIFF, but not PICT. And old PICTs look like this...
If you see this icon it means your picture is PICT format and cannot be displayed. Unfortunately this means the picture needs to be recreated to be in a useable format.
