Chapter 62 Retired
Retired features are hidden or removed. Often they are replaced by newer better ways.
For example, new, fast reports are replacing existing reports that are slow and limited. In accounting, though, consistency is desirable and the old report is kept, just in case.
If you like an old feature, turning on Unlock Retired in your Employee card Access tab may restore the missing feature for you. Otherwise, ask support@bigbusiness.com.

Keep Printouts was a customization that was not completed and has been canceled.
Archive Originals
Archive Originals keeps uploaded Documents or Pictures in archive storage for you.
If you drag a full quality picture into the Thumb Image on an Item card, BigBusiness creates a high-quality thumbnail for display and printing and puts the original in Docs.
Archive keeps the original in live, secondary storage, bringing it back when you need.
Archive Pictures
Archive Pictures puts uploaded Pictures into archive storage for you.
If you click Upload and add full quality pictures, BigBusiness can create a high-quality thumbnail for display and printing and keep the original in Pictures or archive storage.
