Unlock Date
Unlock Date helps you protect Locked periods in System Prefs from Unlock Periods.
Unlock Periods is a Special Access setting for an Employee to change locked periods. By setting an Unlock Date you limit changes to on or after the Unlock Date you set.
Pictured, the system is Locked through May 2025, Invoices are locked through 6/30/25 and only an Employee with Unlocked Periods is unlocked back to and including 1/1/25.
Unlock System Prefs
System Prefs are locked unless you are the only user logged in. This is for protection.
New, on Employee card, on Access tab, in Special Access is Unlock System Prefs. As you might expect, this unlocks System Prefs, helpful for monthly changes for sales tax.

Big Business included the TeamViewerQS program previously to save time with Help. Now your download should make it easy and safe to always get most current version.
This change is made for security reasons, for example, a Mac will not run presinstalled. As a fix the shortcut in BigBusiness for QuickSupport downloads the latest & greatest.
