Mail Notify is simple to administer. Start by describing the Event you'd like to report.
Say you would like an email of all orders imported from an online store, every 4 hours.
Screen Recording
BigBusiness 15 needs permission in macOS Sequoia to record your screen for Capture.
If you use Docs feature to add attachments, notes, and screen shots you may see this.
Capture is the option in Docs to go New, Capture, and take a screen shot of a window. To capture the other window BigBusiness needs your permission to record the screen.
In addition to the pictured dialog, you can go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, and for Screen & System Audio Recording add or enable or disable BigBusiness there.
Local Network
Please allow BigBusiness 15 permission in macOS Sequoia to use your local network. BigBusiness helps you connect your Client to your Server by broadcast and by search.
BigBusiness 15 Server includes features to broadcast its availablity to a local network. BigBusiness 15 Client includes features to find BigBusiness Server on a local network.
In addition to the pictured dialog, you can go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, and for Local Network add or enable or disable BigBusiness 15 Client or Server there.
PDF Error on macOS Sequoia
BigBusiness 15.035 updates the Database to fix PDF Error # -9630 on macOS Sequoia.
This error may cause a crash using Preview or other PDF options from a Print Dialog.
Windows Icons
BigBusiness 15.035 updates the Database for compatiblity with Windows 11 24H2.
BigBusiness 15.036 updates Windows Icons for aesthetics, which do not affect use.
PDF Warning on Windows 11 24H2
BigBusiness 15.035 updates the Database to be certified for Windows 11 24H2.
The new database comes with a warning that Microsoft Print to PDF Driver may fail and if used frequently to defer Windows 11 2024 Update.
BigBusiness uses its PDF Emailer and not Microsoft Print to PDF for automation.
