Export Shipments on Invoices
Export Shipments on Invoices is a Custom Form that exports Shipment Information. Shipment Infomation includes Tracking and Charges posted by your shipping system.
Go to Forms, New and choose Export Shipments on Invoices. Close the form window and choose OK to save. Go to the Invoices Search and click Print and choose the form.
This form prints a blank page and saves a text file with the Shipment Information data for the past two years. Contact support@bigbusiness.com to customize any content.
Mail Notify Note
Mail Notify automatically notifies you of events using your email address, first.
If your email address is not available in your Employee card, it sends you a Note.
WooCommerce Out-of-stock
WooCommerce Connect lets you set stock for your items so they are not oversold.
Company Administrator
Company Administrator is a new option on Company card to set a person to message.
Most automatic options include a person to Send Notifications To, for that operation. This settings provides a default person for notifications if not otherwise specified.
Not Ready
Not Ready is the response when trying to set Ready for an item that is already Sent.
There are many options to set Ready to automatically send an invoice. These include clicking the Ready checkbox or using Update to change many at once.
If the invoice is already Sent, BigBusiness will not set Ready and instead set Response to "Not Ready, Sent".
