Forms tools and options help you customize printed forms and pdfs to fit your needs.
Big Business includes built-in forms for most operations, such as RMA's or Pick Lists. Custom Forms allow you to create forms from templates and add in the data you need.
This chapter provides an overview of forms, templates, and options, for a quick start.
Orders Search lets you print a list of orders, and Sales Order List lets you customize it.
Go to Reporting toolbar, Forms, click New and in Templates is a new Sales Order List. Make changes by double-clicking for Properties, or using Arrow keys for small moves.
Click to Close the window and for Save Report As... enter a name like My Order List.
Print from Orders Search to test and return to Forms to find My Order List in the list.
Export Shipments on Invoices is a Custom Form that exports Shipment Information. Shipment Infomation includes Tracking and Charges posted by your shipping system.
Go to Forms, New and choose Export Shipments on Invoices. Close the form window and choose OK to save. Go to the Invoices Search and click Print and choose the form.
This form prints a blank page and saves a text file with the Shipment Information data for the past two years. Contact support@bigbusiness.com to customize any content.
