Merge PDF

Big Business includes various options that merge PDFs, such as putting all open invoices for a customer into one PDF to send them.

Big Business 13.32 updates PDF merging to Apple Optimize.


  Customer Prices Update

Customer Prices help you offer agreed or contract pricing to a customer for their items.
This option is available with Open Edition in case any additions or changes are needed.

This feature precedes other pricing controls to ensure the agreed price is reliably used.

This feature is updated to automatically update Price or Margin only after data entry.


  Customer Parts

Customer Parts lets you enter part numbers for a customer to automate their purchase.

If they always buy the 4-pack of your item, ABC, they might already be using ABC-4 as their part number. Or they may use the same, ABC, but purchase Unit Count, 4.

When new item, ABC+, comes along, assign their old code, ABC, to get them the new. You can switch them to a new or substitue item without altering their purchasing.


  Invoice Total

Invoice Total is added to include on a procurement Invoice when using Folder Connect.

Procurement options let you receive electronic PO's from customers and send invoices.


  Invoice Units

Invoice is updated to include for a procurement Invoice when using Units of Measure.
