Big Business 13 fixes a problem typing Return in Comments, which sometimes closes the window.
Window Icon
The Windows Icon no longer displays correctly and is being removed or replaced.
In the test screen pictured the Window Icon is scaled from a low resolution. This lowest common denominator approach can be set aside as we lose compatibility with older operating systems that are being retired.
Disable Button
Big Business has hundreds of buttons that enable and disable themselves automatically. All have been updated for ARM.
This is only noteworthy for the small chance that the new behaviour is in any way noticably different than the old. If anything it should be more responsive.
In the test screen pictured, the invoice is paid and thereby Locked. This puts its Date in red and adds a lock icon under the OK button.
Many buttons are automatically disabled including Delete and those for changing Line Items such as Warehouse (WH), Sorting, GoTo (Item Card), and so on.
Chapter 95 Apple Optimize
Big Business is getting numerous internal changes to be optimized for new Apple processors found in new Macs.
Apple now makes their own chips, called Apple Silicon, that have replaced Intel chips found in prior Macs, offering performance and energy benefits.
The same ARM architecture will likely be available for Windows soon, too.
Update JSON
Big Business generates JSON for data exchange with web services such as TaxJar or BigCommerce and its own Web API.
Big Business 13.32 updates JSON to Apple Optimize.
Merge PDF
Big Business includes various options that merge PDFs, such as putting all open invoices for a customer into one PDF to send them.
