Chapter 629 Paid Badge
Paid Badge automatically stamps invoices being printed with Paid Badge if paid in full.
Paid Badge
Paid Badge can print on paid invoices, with payment and a zero balance, automatically.
To turn on this option, go to Customer Prefs, to Invoice Prefs and click the checkbox.
This option may be extended to work on Custom Forms, use custom stamp, and more.
Paid Badge Settings
Invoice Prefs is updated to add Paid Badge. Check the box to include on paid invoices.
Invoice Prefs is in Customer Prefs with Customer Card, Quote, and Order Preferences. You can also set options to Print In Notes or check credit or inventory and much more.
BigBusiness will automatically include the Paid Badge on printouts of invoices, only, that have a paid amount and a zero balance, indicating that they have been paid in full.
Paid Badge PDF
Paid Badge will appear in color on PDFs that BigBusiness creates for email, Docs, etc..
Paid Badge Printout
Paid Badge will stand out on printouts without color because of its shape and position.
