Chapter 225 ShippingEasy Connect
ShippingEasy Connect lets you import the Orders that you ship using ShippingEasy.
ShippingEasy automates shipping from popular web stores. ShippingEasy Connect lets BigBusiness import Customers and Orders to update inventory and accounting.
BigBusiness 15 can get your orders from ShippingEasy to do your accounting for you. This includes managing payments from Amazon, Ebay, etc. using Stores to separate.
ShippingEasy Connect
ShippingEasy Connect lets you import the Orders that you ship using ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy Registering
This Solution describes Registering ShippingEasy Connect.
1. Go to System toolbar, Company card, and click Upgrade.
2. Click ShippingEasy to open the Registration dialog.
3. Enter your Registration code.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click OK on the Confirmation dialog.
6. Click OK to Save the Company card.
7. Quit and restart Big Business Client.
To register you will need a code from support@bigbusiness.com. This lets us check for conflicts and send the right instructions before you turn on.
ShippingEasy Connection
Connection lets you assign a name for your setup for connecting to ShippingEasy.
If you needed multiple connections you would name them differently. However it is likely you only need one (SE1 for short) since BigBusiness separates order by stores.
ShippingEasy Endpoint
ShippingEasy Endpoint is the address for connecting to ShippingEasy and ends in api/.
You shouldn't need to change this. If ShippingEasy did made a change is might api/v2/.
ShippingEasy Settings
ShippingEasy Settings include API Keys that you copy from ShippingEasy Account.
ShippingEasy Get Status
ShippingEasy Settings let you choose the parameters used to import Orders each time.
Get Status tells BigBusiness to get shipments with ShippingEasy status of "shipped", "cleared", "pending_shipment", or "ready_for_shipment". The default is "shipped".
BigBusiness 15 can get your orders from ShippingEasy to do your accounting for you. Get shipped orders as invoices and payments you can reconcile and account for easily.
ShippingEasy Get Max
ShippingEasy Settings let you choose the parameters used to import Orders each time.
Get Max tells BigBusiness the maximum number of Orders to import at one time. The deafult is 50 and the range is any number from 1 to 200 of Orders imported per batch.
BigBusiness 15 can get your orders from ShippingEasy to do your accounting for you. Set a small number to test and larger number for Black Friday Cyber Monday volumes.
ShippingEasy Get Updated
ShippingEasy Settings let you review the parameters used to import Orders each time.
Get Updated tells BigBusiness to only get Orders updated on or after the timestamp. If blank, BigBusiness will get orders updated today, such as those you ship today.
Do not change this entry unless you want to repeat or skip orders in the next import. This setting is automatically updated when you import Orders into Orders or Invoices.
ShippingEasy Get Page
ShippingEasy Settings let you review the parameters used to import Orders each time.
Get Page tells BigBusiness the next set of Orders to import when results are paginated. If there are more orders than Get Max, the next page, like 2, will be automatically set.
Do not change this entry unless you are editing Get Updated to repeat or skip orders. This setting is automatically updated when you import Orders into Orders or Invoices.
ShippingEasy Mapping
ShippingEasy Mapping lets you update the entries that are shared with ShippingEasy.
These settings are filled in automatically and used by choosing Automatic in settings. Go to Connect toolbar, ShippingEasy tool to create a mapping, and choose Save As.
Your new mapping can then be chosen in ShippingEasy settings by going to the System toolbar, Company card, Connect Setting tab, and clicking ShippingEasy setup.
ShippingEasy Test
Test is a button on the ShippingEasy Settings to check the connection and credentials.
If the test is successful it will show a success message and the first few stores it finds.
ShippingEasy Import Customers
Shopify Connect lets you automatically import customers from your online stores.
BigBusiness 15 updates the Fields available to sort these, identify a register, and more.
Automatic settings in map the most common, necessary, and optional fields to include.
You can edit Mappings in ShippingEasy tool and Save to use automatically, again.
ShippingEasy Import Orders
ShippingEasy Connect lets you automatically import orders coming from your stores.
BigBusiness 15 updates the Fields available to sort these, identify a register, and more.
