Void Intervention
Void Intervention lets you cancel shipping to set the Intervention checkbox on an order.
Using UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manage, Stamps.com Professional, etc, a Void can be posted to BigBusiness to when a shipment is canceled. This require special setup.
Void will set Intervention to stop automatic actions like Auto-Charge or Auto-Invoice.
