Intervention
Intervention sets an order to require manual handling, to avoid any automatic errors. Invervention overrides automatic settings such as Auto-Charge and Auto-Invoice.
If an order is set to Auto-Invoice, the invoice will be automatically created when the order is Shipped, unless Intervention is set such as by shipping postings to stop it.
Invervention overrides automatic settings such as Auto-Charge and Auto-Invoice to let you manually enter Other Charges, or convert to an Invoice, without any interference.
