Address Date helps you track updates to contact information by recording the date when address information was changed. You can Add(+) the Address Date column in Customers and it is updated whenever Billing or Shipping Name and Address, Phone or Email are changed.
To see Address Date for Customers, click Add(+) to add a column on Customer List.
This Field is automatically updated when Billing Name and Address, Shipping Name and Address, Phones, or Email are changed.
To disable this feature:
1. Go to the Company card, to the Advanced tab
2. Click the checkbox for Disable Address Date
3. Click OK to save the Company card
