Email is the simple choice for sending Quotes, Order, Invoices by email.
This Solution describes its use. (7019)
In Print Options, in the Destination column, choose Email to send using the Shipping Email on a Quote, Order, or Invoice.
Load Addresses, to copy Ship To info from Customer or Contact, must be turned On.
