Search Prefs
Big Business 10 adds new Searches. Search Prefs let you choose how you want to display Searches:
• System Setting - use the system setting
• Classic - use original searches with automatic Find dialog
• Search - use new searches with automatic Find dialog
• Live List - use new searches without automatic Find dialog

Search Prefs let you choose how you want to display Searches.
Choices for Search Prefs are:
• System Setting - use the system setting
• Classic - use original searches with automatic Find dialog
• Search - use new searches with automatic Find dialog
• Live List - use new searches without automatic Find dialog
To set your Search Prefs:
1. Go to the Employee toolbar to My Prefs
2. For Search Prefs choose a setting
3. Click OK to save My Prefs
To set Search Prefs for your company:
1. Go to the Company card to the Company Prefs tab
2. For Search Prefs choose a setting
3. Click OK to save the Company Card
New Searches include the following features:
• Add or Delete columns by right-clicking column header
• Move or Resize columns by dragging column header
• Search in colums by typing a name, date, or search symbols:
> greater than, >= greater than or equal to
< less than, <= less than or equal to
= equal to (finds exact match instead of begins-with)
# not equal to (by itelf finds not-blank or not-zero)
@ wildcard
• Sort by clicking a column header
