Autocomplete speeds data entry by showing you a possible match that you can select by typing Tab and a list of choices you can select by typing Down Arrow.
This is the feature you are familiar with in your web browser's address or search. The list that appears shows past sites or search terms, often including typos.
Big Business' Autocomplete tries to provide a relevant list. On the credit card dialog (pictured) the list of names combines the entries on the Customer and the Customer's Additional Contacts.
