The controls for Zap Gremlins--a feature that automatically replaces problem characters in text--are found in the Company Card on the Preferences tab.
• Use Custom Zap Gremlins checkbox turns on custom settings
• < enter the lowest character code to keep. 32 is Space, the first printing character.
• > enter the highest character code to keep. 170 is the trademark symbol.
• = enter a replacement character or leave blank. • is a bullet.
