Import Files from Unix Systems
Big Business 9 automatically converts import files coming from Unix systems--such as Linux, which often used to host online shopping carts or web stores. (6449)
Before converting a file manually, try importing directly. Just ensure the file extension matches the file type: .txt for Tab-Text or .csv for Comma-Separated-Value.
If you are importing orders, you should also have a default customer and default item defined to automatically handle any discrepancies.
