To Add a Folder Note or Attachment (6392)






To add a Folder Note:
1. Click the Add (+) button in the Customer Folder list and choose Note in the dialog
box that appears.
A dialog box appears where you can enter the note text and options.
2. Click the OK button to add the note to Customer Folder list.

To attach a document:
1. Click the Attach button in the Customer Folder list and choose Attach in the dialog box that appears.
2. Choose the file you want to attach, then click Open to add it to the Customer Folder list.
