Volusion: Resetting Data


This Solution describes resetting your Volusion data. (6217)







Here are the steps to reset Volusion Order data:
1. From my.volusion.com choose Manage My Store
2. Log In
3. From Dashboard, go Inventory, Import/Export
4. Click Volusion API
5. Click Run for Generic\Orders
6. From the Select Date pull-down for Reset choose a Date
Wait while the ID pull-down is loaded
7. From the ID pull-down choose All or specific ID's to reset
8. Click the link, Reset Export
Wait while the reset is processed.
