Solving Printing Alignment Problems
Big Business begins with your system's default Print Setup, then makes changes as necessary for special printing tasks, such as landscape printing. Other applications which are running concurrently may change print settings as well.
This Solution makes a few suggestions for restoring 'normal' printing when your system unexpectedly alters output. (5691)
To begin with a clean slate, quit and restart Big Business, and if possible reboot your computer.
Check the default print settings on your computer:
Mac: from the Finder go File > Page Setup. Hold the Option key to save any changes as system defaults.
Win: go Start > Settings > Printers and get Properties on your default printer
Access the Page Setup and Print dialogs by choosing the Notify Before Each Printjob checkbox in the Print Options window in Big Business.
