Freight Terms Delete
Freight Terms Delete lets you use Unlock List to delete any unneeded Freight Terms.
Go to Employee, Access, and give yourself the Special Access option to Unlock Lists.
Sign In again and go to Customer Prefs, Accounting, Default Freight Terms, Show List. Click once to select a Freight Terms entry and click Delete. OK to confirm and save.
Edit Automatic Actions
Automatic Actions allow you to select automations that a customer or an item can use.
If you are accessing customers for customer service you may not need to auto-invoice, edit their forms, or make other changes to automatic actions that help with fulfillment.
If you do, contact your system adminstrator to give you access by clicking Automatic Access on your Employee card. This change will take effect when you sign in again.
Hide Automatic Tab
Hide Automatic Tab lets you remove the temptation to click on the Automatic Tab.
Go to Employee card, to Access tab, to Hide / Show, and select Hide Automatic Tab.
Chapter 66 Automatic
Automatic lets you set automatic actions that can execute in response to other events.
Automatic appears as a Tab starting on the Customer card with Printing Preferences.
Freight Results
Freight Results include calculating Freight Cost, Freight Charges, and Freight Cartons.
These values record the latest update from your shipping systems to help you invoice. They are replaced when you duplicate, ship a backorder, or void and replace shipment.
Cannot Sign In
Cannot Sign In lets you lock out Employee cards that are not users or no longer active.
For example, you may have Sales Reps that are not employees, that do not sign in to BigBusiness, but you need in your Salesperson list. Just set them as Cannot Sign In.
Set Cannot Sign In on the Access tab of the Employee card. Or use Employees Search, Add the column Cannot Sign In to review, and select and click Update to change many.
Freight Rate
Freight Rate lets you specify calculation to apply automatically to orders and invoices.
To automate fulfillment you may need a way to apply complex calculations for freight. This may include the cost, for prepaid and add, handling charges, and other surcharges.
Freight Rate lets you create custom calculations to automatically fill in freight charges. You can then automate for a customer, a shipping method, freight terms, or your need.
