Chapter 15 Custom Forms
Custom Forms are updated with new Form Templates and overall use being simplified. This chapter helps you start creating custom Quotes, Orders, and Invoices as you like.
With more New Templates is easier to start, instantly save, and ask for modifications.
If you want an invoice with barcode there is a template. Ask for ___ to get a new one.
Go to Forms, click New, choose a Template, click Close, opt to Save, and then go test! Create an invoice, save as "MyInvoice", and it will show in the invoice Print Options.
Quote with Images
Quote with Images is a new Forms Template for showing Pictures-3 Images in Quotes. Go to Forms, New, Quote with Images, and click Close to save--then, Print a quote.
Pictures-3 is a new toolset for converting and storing thumb images for instant access. Simply choose Fast Images in your Company Card or My Prefs, Picture Prefs, to use.
Company Logo is included on the template to automatically use Company Artwork and automatically switch to Store Artwork when one of your Stores or Channels is set.
