Date Format is determined by the system and Windows allows dd-MMM-yy where the Month is an abbreviation of the month name such as 31-Oct-24 for this Halloween.
BigBusiness 15 is adding support for this format and includes entering dates this way.
Count Users
Count Users is an internal function that is updated for modern licensing or allowances.
Previously an external connection to the Database could require an additional licenses. Where this is no longer required, BigBusiness 15 has updated its internals to comply.

Your license is for a major version and updates are covered by maintenance in Support.
Install Date
Install Date is updated to allow more Trial or Demo usage, including any Components.
BigBusiness 15 keeps it simple with a compact interface and minimal tools you need. Then, as you need, you can enable components with additional features and controls.
Intall Date is updated to allow repeat testing of Trial Mode, Demo Files, Components.
