Mail Auto-Send
Auto-Send is the option to automatically send email found in Send Mail account setup.
BigBusiness lets you add your email account in Send Mail setup and set to Auto-Send. Messages created in BigBusiness or in Mail Notify and then be set to Ready and send.q
Mail Ready
Ready lets you set a message as ready to send, so BigBusiness can automatically send.
Mail Sent
Sent is automatically assigned to mail that is emailed successfully.
Mail Skip
Skip can be automatically or manually set for mail that cannot be sent, to stop trying.
Apple Mail Drag
BigBusiness 15 lets you drag files to the Docs folder and now emails from Apple Mail.
Drag emails from Apple Mail and drop them on the Docs folder to save a ton of time. Other users can open the email by double-clicking and see any attachments in context.
To try yourself, turn on Docs if you haven't already, and drag a message from Apple Mail and drop it on the Docs folder, such as on a new order an email with a PO PDF.
