This is different than Remote Desktop where you connect to a computer at the office, or a desktop hosted on a computer to give your remote computer a speed advantage.

Remote Client needs fast internet connections and considerate setup for safe access.

If Windows Client does not connect or show BigBusiness Server on the Available tab, use the Custom tab to enter a Name (server) and IP Address for Server (192.168.1.13).

BigBusiness 16 adds Fast Networking and BigBusiness 15 continues New Networking.

There are many options for Firewall, Remote Client, and Cloud Server. To start, check that the BigBusiness Server is running on your network and start BigBusiness Client.

Your BigBusiness Clients should instantly resume whenever their computers wake up.

Client connections are updated for high security, speed, and connection fault-tolerance.

Big Business Client works with Sleep settings on your Mac to connect again to your Big Business Server on waking . This is handy, except when Server is not to be found.

If Server was shut off, or if you switched networks, or it has been too long in Sleep mode, Client may not connect again and try to Quit. Or, it may need to be Force Quit.

Choose Force Quit in the Apple menu, click Big Business Client, and click Force Quit.

Search lets a newly installed Big Business Client search locally for Big Business Server. Select remembers the address of a Server and tries it next, twice. This covers the bases.

Select is the Remember Server setting that lets your Client instantly select your Server.

This skips the default Search & Select that searches your local network for 10 seconds. Instead, your Big Business Client immediately selects the Server that it used last time.
