Search Extras
Occasionally we receive a request for an extra field to be added to a Search and its Export (or the Update tool that changes many records at once). So now we pop it into the list that you can Add(+) and Export (or the Update tool). Since this does not change the standard Export function it is less disruptive, but you may need to know the following. (6952)
Export on the List window of a Search has a new option to export the Displayed columns. The other option is to export All fields.
To Export the Displayed columns:
1. Click Export in the List window
2. Choose Displayed on the dialog choice, All or Displayed
3. Name and Save save export file.
This option does not appear when Search Prefs are set back to Classic.
