AVG protects you from malicious code by blocking anything suspicious.
If you try to download and install Big Business on a machine running AVG you may blocked from:
downloading because bigbusiness.com has been reported by other AVG users or has been blacklisted in the past*
installing because the software includes privacy violating adware**
The fix is to turn AVG Off, completely. Pictured are their instructions for doing this:
1. Right-click on AVG is the System Tray
2. Move the slider from On to Off
Then install Big Business.
3. Reboot the computer to re-enable AVG
And run Scan to double-check.
* "firstname.lastname@example.org" is the email@example.com used in SendMail docs, so a lot of geeks have sent a lot of test messages (aka spam) using "bigbusiness.com" as their return address
** Big Business includes modules for automatically opening and displaying web content (used for Help for example), which may be mistaken for Adware (opens unwanted pages).
