Big Business includes Custom Fields on the Customer Card for assigning an Employee, like a support or inside salesperson, and Date like follow-up or renewal.

To assign Custom Field Labels:
1. Go to Customer Prefs
2. For Custom Field Labels enter a name for the Employee field (E)
3. Enter a name for the Date field (D)
4. Click OK to save Customer Prefs
These names will appear on the Customer card, Customers search, and Exports.
