Export the Item Detail Description
In Big Business 3.1 and earlier, the Detail Description for an Item Card cannot be imported or exported. (5732)
Big Business 4 adds the ability to import and export the Detail Description for an Item Card.
To Export Items with their Detail Descriptions:
1. Open the Item QuickSearch
2. Find a group of Items
3. Click the Save To Disk button
4. Click Yes on the new "Include Detail Description?" dialog (pictured).
