Open APIs
Big Business 13 extends API options. Big Business 13.21 includes a major update to connectivity. This will enable new connections, especially to services that offer an open API for connecting, testing, and support.
Controls Toolbar
Big Business 13 adds the Control toolbar for tools to control data and services options. For example, a user might add their email accounts to automatically send emails. Since each user sees only their accounts, there may the need for a tool to control all accounts.

Open is a new name for the group of tools that reach out to get answers, like a tax rate or a credit card authorization, or push data out to a database or service for instant automation.
