Verify Records and Indexes
Big Business Server includes the option to check your Data File for errors and performance problems. If you suspect any problem you can run Verify Records and Indexes at any time including while Users are connected.
This Solution provides instructions to Verify Records and Indexes. (6614)
To Verify Records and Indexes on Big Business Server
1. On the Server Administration window go to the Maintenance tab
2. Click the button for Verify Records and Indexes
3. Wait until verification is complete and Last Verification is updated to today's date
4. Click the button for View Report
If any Errors are reported contact support@bigbusiness.com for instructions. Most Errors can be fixed by running Repair.
