Returns:

We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. We can accept returns for 90 days of unsuitable or unworkable product.

Support:

Support is included with new and Upgrade purchases and covers Updates. Support can be renewed indefinitely.

Updates:

Updates are covered by Support. Updates are new minor versions that provide improvements to Big Business and its Database components within a current major version.

Upgrades:

Upgrades are new versions at discounted pricing. Upgrades are new major versions using new Database components.
